If you are interested in receiveing courtesy dosing while attending your conference in Austin Texas, please talk to your home clinic as soon as possible.

Your home clinic should take care of all paperwork. This is a very common process. The patients just let your home clinic know you are attending a conference in Austin and the home clinic should take care of the rest.

You must give your home clinic at least three weeks advance notice - some programs move... slowly.
 

The info the patient can give their clinic is that they want to attend the conference in Austin and temporary transfer to MARS in North Austin.

Please be aware that in Austin there is an ordinance that requires anyone taking a take home dose to have a lock box. This will affect anyone staying until Sunday. If you do not have a lock box HRC will provide one for you.

  Our dosing hours are M-F - 5:40am -9:00 am and 11:00am - 1:00pm.

  Thursday afternoon dosing is 12-1 only. 
  Saturday is 8:45 - 10:00 am only.
  No Sunday dosing. T/O's are given on Saturday   for Sunday.

When the patient presents at our clinic they will need a copy of the form there clinic sent us, and some type of ID.
